Our client

The Transition Management solution at Michael Page supports its clients on transformation, replacement, or performance improvement missions. Our client is a leading international industrial group present on several continents. As part of a transition within its Finance Department, the group is looking for a Transition Manager to ensure the continuity of financial management for an international scope covering several countries and industrial sites.

Position and missions

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will be responsible for the entire Finance function for an international scope covering several countries and entities.

You will be involved in a managerial transition context with the objective of ensuring the continuity of financial operations, securing performance management, and supporting management bodies in their decision-making.

Graduated from higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Management (Master's degree level):

• Ensuring the financial direction of an international scope and guaranteeing operational continuity during the transition period;
• Supporting the Regional President and management teams in managing economic and financial performance;
• Managing Finance teams spread across several countries and supporting organizational changes;
• Steering profitability, working capital requirements, cash flow, investments, and operational performance;
• Supervising closing, reporting, budget, and forecast processes, as well as the quality of financial information;
• Ensuring compliance with internal control, conformity, and financial governance frameworks;
• Collaborating closely with the Finance Transformation Leader to secure financial operations and prepare for the arrival of the future permanent Finance Director.
• You have at least 15 years of experience in international Finance Departments, ideally gained in industrial environments;
• You have significant experience in managing international Finance teams;
• You are recognized for your ability to act as a true partner to management teams;
• You have a perfect command of English, both written and spoken;
• Conditions according to profile.
• 6 to 9 month mission.
• Position based in Hauts-de-France.
• Occasional international travel expected.
