• Immediate start, Finance Manager, Office based in Edinburgh City Centre
• Interim contract until Dec 31st £225per day
• £250 per day
• Manage day-to-day finance activities to maintain accurate and well-organised financial records.
• Review financial information and address any issues that could affect reporting accuracy.
• Prepare clear finance updates to help colleagues understand current financial activity.
• Maintain effective financial controls and consistent finance processes across the department.
• Work closely with relevant colleagues to gather information needed for finance tasks.
• Monitor finance deadlines and ensure work is completed to the required timetable.
• Keep finance documentation up to date and easy to access when needed.
• Identify practical ways to improve the efficiency and accuracy of finance processes.
• Experience managing day-to-day finance activities and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Part Qualified or Qualified by experience
• both will be considered.
• Experience of stock processes, accounting and reconciliations would be advantageous.
• Strong technical skills in relation to accounts preparation, budget management and current accounting regulations.
• Temporary Finance Manager contract based in Edinburgh.
• Daily pay of £225 to £250, dependent on the level of experience.
