Your new company

You will be joining a major Finance Transformation programme within a large-scale consumer goods environment. The programme is focused on the deployment of a new Global Finance Services operating model, involving collaboration across market teams, a regional captive hub and offshore delivery teams.

Your new role

As Finance Transformation Change Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the new Global Finance Services operating model.

This is a senior change and transformation role requiring strong experience of operating model implementation, stakeholder coordination and transitioning teams and processes into new ways of working.

Key responsibilities

You will need demonstrable experience in:

Desirable skills and experience

Experience within Finance Shared Services, Global Business Services/Global Finance Services, finance operating model transformation or large enterprise transition programmes would be particularly relevant.

What you'll get in return

You will receive 600 per day Inside IR35 on a contract running until September 2027. The role is remote, with travel required within the UK and potentially Europe.

• Lead and support change management activity associated with implementing the new Global Finance Services operating model.
