• An exciting Not-For-Profit Charity looking for Financial Accountant
• Hybrid/Remote role
• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements in line with regulatory requirements.
• Manage complex reconciliations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to queries.
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems for efficiency.
• A professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing complex reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Experience in the Not For Profit sector (advantageous but not essential).
• Daily rate dependent on the level of experience.
• Temporary role with a ASAP start.
