Experienced network and security specialist needed for the implementation and configuration of a large-scale firewall infrastructure across multiple locations.
Project overview
We are looking for an experienced network and security specialist for the implementation and configuration of an extensive firewall infrastructure at multiple locations.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the implementation and configuration of over 90 Next-Generation Firewalls at 46 different locations. This includes setting up and configuring a central Security Management Center and establishing log servers. You will integrate the firewalls into an existing SIEM system and perform comprehensive hardening according to recognized security standards. Throughout the entire rollout, you will provide support with troubleshooting and change management. Finally, you will create technical documentation and operating manuals.
Requirements
You bring several years of practical experience with Next-Generation Firewalls and have already carried out firewall rollouts in larger environments. Sound knowledge of network technologies such as routing, switching, VLANs, and HA clusters is required. Experience with SD-WAN and SIEM connections is advantageous. You are familiar with IT security hardening and have ideally worked in enterprise environments with multiple locations. Occasional on-site deployments are part of the task.
