First-Level Support Azure, Openshift, Terraform

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a First-Level Support specialist with experience in Azure, Openshift, and Terraform, starting in November.

Responsibilities

Skills:

• Providing technical first-level support via the service portal
• Troubleshooting Azure, Openshift, CI/CD and forwarding requests to the responsible team if necessary
• Further development of the Service Desk and associated service requests by evaluating key figures
• Setting up and carrying out proactive monitoring of environments in the internal and external environment (Azure and OnPremises)
• Expanding automation in the area of onboarding and offboarding using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Controlling (security) patching of basic services
• Creating and maintaining documentation for technical support processes and procedures
• Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
• Knowledge of Azure and Openshift
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of configuration in IaC (Terraform)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ideally:
• Certifications / prior knowledge in relevant technologies used in the project (OpenShift, Azure, Git, Hashicorp Vault, ArgoCD, Istio, Postgres, Kafka, Keycloak)
• Experience in using logging and monitoring solutions (Elasticsearch)

Project details

6 months with an option to extend.
