Project overview
For an IT support project in Munich, we are looking for a reliable freelancer (m/f/d) in the 1st Level IT Support area as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Acceptance, analysis, and processing of IT support requests
- Support of users with hardware and software problems
- Setup and configuration of IT workstations
- User administration in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Installation and maintenance of hardware and software
- Documentation and processing of tickets
- Escalation of more complex issues to 2nd Level Support

- Experience in 1st Level IT Support
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and network technology
- Experience with ticketing systems

- Remote share: 0% (100% on-site)
- Utilization: Full-time, 5 days per week
- Hourly rate: €38 net
- Project start: By arrangement
