Support is sought for a public client in technical first-level support and IT operations. The focus is on Azure, OpenShift, Service Desk processes, monitoring, and automation.

Responsibilities

Profile Requirements

• Provide technical first-level support via a service portal
• Analyze, resolve, and escalate disruptions in Azure, OpenShift, and CI/CD environments as needed
• Develop Service Desk processes and Service Requests based on key figures
• Set up and conduct proactive monitoring of Azure and on-premises environments
• Automate onboarding and offboarding processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Control security patching of basic services
• Document and maintain technical support processes and operating procedures
• Demonstrable practical experience in technical support or a comparable function
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and OpenShift
• Experience with configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), especially Terraform
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Very good oral and written communication skills
• German at native or fluent level
• Relevant reference projects from the last 2-3 years
• Certifications in Azure or OpenShift, as well as experience with Git, HashiCorp Vault, Argo CD, Istio, PostgreSQL, Kafka, or Keycloak are advantageous
• Experience with logging and monitoring solutions, especially Elasticsearch, is advantageous
