Fleet Transformation Consultant

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Transformation Consultant for a 24-month transformation project in the area of fleet management and mobility services. The position is remote with location flexibility and starts in January 2027.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing fleet management processes across the entire fleet lifecycle. You will develop recommendations for further development, design target business processes, and integrate fleet, CRM, ERP, and financial processes into the target architecture. Further tasks include consistency checks, identification and documentation of risks, and preparation and moderation of business workshops.

We expect at least 7 years of professional experience in transformation or IT projects in fleet management, leasing, or the mobility sector. You should have experience in the business responsibility for fleets with over 10,000 vehicles and in managing multiple parallel project teams. Knowledge of the complete fleet lifecycle – from vehicle configuration, ordering, procurement, supplier management to contract management, claims management, and remarketing – is required. Project experience with integrated fleet, CRM, ERP, and financial system implementation is necessary.

Experience in defining business standards and governance structures, knowledge of standard software for vehicle leasing (especially MILES), business management of solution architects and implementation partners, and process modeling according to BPMN 2.0 are advantageous.
