• Prerequisites for project deployment:
• Willingness for an extended security check (SÜ2)
• German residency required
• End-to-end responsibility for the planning, control, and implementation of assigned transformation measures
• Creation and maintenance of schedule, action, and resource plans
• Management of dependencies, risks, decisions, and escalations
• Ensuring the timely, quality, and budget-compliant implementation of agreed-upon results
• Creation of status reports, management documents, and decision proposals
• Preparation and execution of workshops, reviews, deep dives, and steering meetings
• Analysis and further development of the security organization regarding roles, responsibilities, processes, and governance
• Definition and anchoring of organizational and technical security requirements
• Coordination and quality assurance of security-relevant documentation
• Management of protection needs, regulatory requirements, security specifications, and necessary evidence
• Definition and coordination of security, release, handover, and readiness criteria
• Ensuring the transfer of project results into regular operations
• Close collaboration with architecture, technology, operations, service management, data protection, compliance, and customer-side security managers
• Coordination with clients, authorities, and relevant stakeholders in the security environment

• Several years of experience in managing complex projects or sub-projects in the field of information security, classified information protection, or security-critical IT
• Profound knowledge in the area of information security and security governance
• Experience in the creation, further development, or implementation of security concepts
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, protection needs assessments, and security-relevant record-keeping
• Experience in designing organizational changes and transformation projects
• Strong skills in stakeholder and interface management
• Experience in risk, quality, and action management
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Structured, independent, and results-oriented way of working
• Knowledge of BSI IT-Grundschutz and comparable regulations
• Experience in classified information protection and in environments related to VS-NfD (Classified Information

• Experience in building or transforming security organizations
• Knowledge in data protection, governance, risk & compliance
• Experience in large transformation or migration programs
• Existing contacts or practical collaboration with clients, security authorities, or the BSI
• Confident use of Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365
• High degree of personal responsibility and implementation strength
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong communication and moderation skills
• Confident demeanor at specialist and management level
• Assertiveness combined with team and cooperation orientation
