Responsibilities

Development and continuation of the data migration strategy, migration waves, test strategy, and cutover planning, as well as functional transformation of the fleet management landscape with MILES, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and SAP S/4HANA.

• Experience as a Workstream Lead or Sub-Project Manager in complex data migration programs
• Leadership of a productive data migration as Workstream Lead or Sub-Project Manager Data Migration with more than * migrated contracts, assets, or customer objects
• Experience with migrations from at least three source systems within a migration project
• Experience in a functionally responsible role (e.g., Sub-Project Manager, Lead Business Analyst) in projects for the implementation of leasing, fleet, or financing processes
• Principal (> 7 years of experience)
• 2 references
• Experience with MILES (Sofico) or a standard software for vehicle leasing/fleet management that integrates contract creation, contract management, billing, and contract end
• Independent data quality analysis, creation of data mappings/transformation rules, and execution of reconciliation checks (source/target comparison) in data migration projects, all three activities per reference
• Independent creation of test concepts, execution and evaluation of at least two trial migrations, and defect management for migration errors, all three activities per reference
• Responsible role in data migration in programs with a total duration of more than 2 years, with personal commitment over at least two migration waves or releases
• Experience in risk, escalation, and quality management at program or management level
• Functional responsibility towards an external migration service provider: coordination of deliverables and acceptance criteria, progress monitoring (planned/actual), quality control and acceptance of results, and escalation of deviations
