Fleet Transformation Consultant (SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, MILES)

Project overview

For a demanding transformation project in the area of fleet management, leasing, and automotive, we are looking for an experienced Fleet Transformation Consultant (m/f/d). The project runs for 24 months remotely with a location in Frankfurt am Main and starts in January 2027.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and progression of the data migration strategy, migration waves, test strategy, and cutover planning. You will lead the functional transformation of the fleet management landscape and work with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and MILES.

We are looking for a Principal with over 7 years of experience as a Work-stream Lead or sub-project manager in complex data migration programs. You should have proven experience leading a productive data migration with over 100,000 migrated contracts, assets, or customer objects and experience with migrations from at least three source systems.

Functional responsibility in projects for the introduction of leasing, fleet, or financing processes is required. Ideally, you have experience with MILES or comparable standard software for vehicle leasing that integrates contract creation, management, billing, and end-of-contract.

Independent data quality analysis, creation of data mappings, and reconciliation checks, as well as the creation of test concepts and execution of trial migrations, are desirable. Experience in risk, escalation, and quality management at program or management level, as well as the supervision of external migration service providers, complete the profile.
