The role involves implementing and configuring Forcepoint NGFW firewalls across multiple locations, setting up management centers and log servers, and integrating with SIEM solutions.
Project overview
Implementation and configuration of 92 Forcepoint NGFW firewalls at 46 locations
Setup and configuration of the Forcepoint Security Management Center (SMC)
Setup of 3 log servers
Connection of the firewalls to Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM (SIEM)
Hardening according to CIS standards and manufacturer specifications
Troubleshooting and change implementation during the rollout
Creation of technical documentation and operating manuals
Requirements
Several years of experience with Forcepoint NGFW
Experience in firewall rollouts and network segmentation
Knowledge in:
Routing / Switching
VLANs
HA Clusters
SD-WAN
SIEM connections
IT Security Hardening
Experience in an enterprise environment with many locations
Willingness for occasional on-site deployments
