Candidate Profile
- Lead the budget cycle, forecasts, and multi-year plans dedicated to investments (Capex) on an international scale
- Monitor project profitability, analyze variances, and design financial reporting and specific KPIs for major projects
- Support project and operational management as a true business partner
- Harmonize, structure, and validate Capex monitoring tools and processes across different subsidiaries
- With a higher education in finance/management, you have at least 8 years of experience in management control / FP&A or financial project control, ideally gained in the construction, public works, or infrastructure sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, BI tools (Power BI), and an ERP system
- Fluent English required
- Strong proactivity, analytical and forecasting skills, and a hands-on profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience in cross-functional communication with operational and non-financial stakeholders
