About the Opportunity
RolevoHQ is looking for AI Trainers and LLM Evaluators from around the world to contribute to AI model training, evaluation, and quality improvement projects.
We're looking for detail-oriented professionals who can evaluate AI-generated content, identify errors, create high-quality training examples, and provide constructive feedback to improve the performance of large language models.
We welcome qualified candidates from all countries and professional backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and reasoning quality.
Create prompts, sample responses, and evaluation datasets.
Compare and rank AI-generated answers based on quality guidelines.
Identify factual errors, hallucinations, logical inconsistencies, and instruction-following issues.
Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model performance.
Support data annotation, content classification, and quality assurance tasks.
Work independently while meeting project quality standards and deadlines.
Requirements
Strong written English communication skills.
Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and evaluation guidelines.
Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools.
Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely.
Comfortable working as an independent freelancer.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in AI training, LLM evaluation, or data annotation.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, RLHF, or AI model benchmarking.
Experience with Python, JavaScript, or software development.
Background in computer science, mathematics, engineering, linguistics, or related fields.
Previous experience evaluating AI-generated technical content.
Prior professional AI training experience is an advantage, but applicants with strong analytical and technical skills are also welcome.
