You will create a complete interlocking system bid for a client in the rail sector. You will coordinate the stakeholders, consolidate the contributions from specialist departments, and manage the bid until handover to the project team.

- Create complete interlocking system bid documents
- Track and manage the bid schedule
- Coordinate internal stakeholders
- Consolidate inputs from specialist departments
- Conduct benchmarking
- Create an interface matrix with cost targets
- Support documentation for TDR and QCDP meetings
- Hand over the bid to the project team
- German C1 and English C1
- Experience in the rail and/or signaling sector
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in bid creation, project coordination, and analytical thinking
- First 2 weeks: Onboarding on-site in Braunschweig
- Thereafter: hybrid, once a month on-site
- Workload: first month 20h/week. From the second month, 40h/week
