Project overview
We’re looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer to support an international machine-building project across the UK, Ireland and US, with initial training and onboarding taking place in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
- Commission, test and troubleshoot automated machinery on customer sites.
- Work with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation and/or CODESYS control systems.
- Diagnose PLC, electrical, mechanical and motion-related issues during commissioning.
- Support machine installation, start-up, SAT and handover.
- Travel internationally across the UK, Ireland and US.
Requirements
- Strong background commissioning industrial machinery, ideally packaging, production or high-speed automated machines.
- Must have hands-on commissioning experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell
- Motion control / servo experience is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working independently on customer sites.
- Willing and able to travel internationally for project assignments.
