Freelance Enaio Consultant (Optimal Systems) – DMS Administration & Process Optimization

Dear Freelancers,

We are looking for short-term support for one of our clients in the Enaio (Optimal Systems) environment – with a focus on administration, customization, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support and further development of the Enaio DMS system (e.g., use as a digital personnel file)
• Administration and customization of the Enaio environment (incl. roles/modules)
• Support and quality assurance for imports
• Support and optimization of workflows and automated emails
• Process optimization, QA, and improvement of documentation in close coordination with IT and HR contacts

• Proven experience with Enaio (Optimal Systems) in an enterprise environment
• Very good knowledge of Enaio management, administration, and customizing
• Comprehensive practical experience with imports
• Proficient in the roles of Administrator, Editor, and Workflow Administrator
• Structured way of working, focus on quality assurance and documentation
• Strong communication skills in collaboration with IT and HR
