Leading international plant construction company seeks a highly qualified PCS7 Commissioning Engineer for a challenging project in Turkey, focusing on the cold and hot commissioning of various industrial process units.
Project overview
My client, a leading company in international plant construction, is looking for a highly qualified PCS7 Commissioning Engineer (m/f/d) to support a demanding project in Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for the on-site execution of cold and hot commissioning of compressors, rectification columns, expander units, molecular sieve stations, and cryogenic storage systems.
With your deep technological PCS7 know-how, your experience in process automation, and your structured approach to loop checks, signal tests, and control optimization, you will make a crucial contribution to the safe and timely completion of the plant.
- Position: Commissioning Engineer PCS7 (m/f/d)
- Start: Earliest start 12/01/2026 / latest start 01/04/2027
- Workload: Full-time
- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Turkey (On-site / Construction site)
Responsibilities
- Cold and hot commissioning of compressors, rectification columns, expander units, molecular sieve stations, and cryogenic storage systems
- Independent execution of loop checks, signal tests, and calibration-free measuring point checks on-site
- Parameter optimization, troubleshooting, and code and function plan adjustments in the Siemens PCS7 system
- Configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of fieldbuses (Profibus DP/PA, Profinet) and third-party couplings (Modbus TCP/RTU)
- Acceptance and testing of interlock chains, emergency stop systems (Safety Integrated / F-Systems), and complex PID control loops
- Creation of commissioning protocols, as-built documentation, punch lists, and release reports
