Freelance Instructor for Process Management (m/f/d) – German-speaking / Remote

Compensation: €50/hour · Location: 100% Remote · Start: Immediately / by arrangement

For our new 8-month continuing education program in AI Process Management, we are looking for experienced, German-speaking freelance instructors.

The program combines classic business process management with modern AI technologies. Your focus will be on teaching the process management content, while the technical AI topics will be covered in separate courses.

The learning materials and course structure will be fully provided by MSIT. You will concentrate on conducting high-quality, interactive live sessions.

Your Responsibilities

Conducting practical online live sessions in German

Teaching methods and tools of process management

Explaining complex concepts using real company examples

Guiding practical exercises and case studies

Fostering an interactive and motivating learning environment

Collaborating with the MSIT team and providing feedback on learning materials

Requirements

Must-haves:

Native or fluent German

Solid professional experience in process management, process optimization, or comparable roles

Experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or coaching

Good knowledge of BPMN, Lean Management, Six Sigma, or comparable methods

Ability to convey complex topics in an understandable and practice-oriented manner

Very good communication skills and enjoyment of knowledge transfer

Nice-to-haves:

Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) degree in process management or comparable qualification

Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or higher

Experience in adult education or vocational training

Knowledge of AI-supported process automation

Experience with digital process management tools

Experience in the EdTech environment
