Job description
As an IT Project Manager, you will take over the Data & IT project within the GVB ERP program. You will be responsible for setting up and monitoring the IT architecture, ensuring cyber-secure connections, and managing the migration of data to the new system.
Project overview
As an IT Project Manager, you will take over the Data & IT project within the GVB ERP program from the current project manager.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Responsible for the Data & IT project within the ERP program
- Setting up and monitoring the IT architecture of the new ERP system
- Realizing cyber-secure connections between the new system and more than fifty existing interfaces
- Managing the internal, Agile working IT organization on behalf of the program
- Guiding the GDPR-proof migration of cleaned and enriched data to the new system
- Aligning dependencies with other GVB programs such as Data & Digitization and Clean Transport
- Ensuring the go-live of the Payroll component, including a temporary SAP/AFAS connection
- Reporting progress to the overall Program Manager
- University work and thinking level
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT project management within complex environments
- Demonstrable experience with at least three successfully completed complex IT implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and connecting skills at all levels
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Availability to work an average of three days per week on location in Amsterdam
- Commitment to remain involved until the end of the program
