An international industrial company is seeking a freelance AI consultant to advise on and implement AI applications within IT Service Management, focusing on automation and agent-based solutions.
Project overview
Our client, an internationally active industrial company, sees great potential in the use of AI in Application Service and Service Management, from the automation of service processes to agent-based solutions in ticket management. The necessary expertise is not available internally to this extent. External consulting and implementation of an initial application case are therefore sought.
Responsibilities
- Advising the client on AI applications in IT Service Management, particularly Agentic AI and LLM-based solutions such as GPT
- Presenting ideas for the automation of service processes and internal workflows
- Modeling automated service processes, e.g., in BPMN
- Analyzing existing ServiceNow functionalities and evaluating feasibility
- Implementing the developed application cases, starting with an initial use case
- Supporting the automation of tests
- Coordination with Application Service, Management, and business departments
Requirements
- Experience in process consulting and in application cases with artificial intelligence, particularly LLM/GPT and Agentic AI
- Experience in IT Service Management, ideally with ServiceNow
- Experience in modeling and automating processes
- Experience in large industrial or energy companies is an advantage
