Freelance QC CSA Manager | Datacenter | Dresden | ASAP

Project overview

We are currently looking for an experienced QC CSA Manager (m/f/d) on a freelance basis for an exciting datacenter project in Dresden.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and ensuring the quality of CSA construction work on the construction site
• Conducting and documenting inspections and tests, experience with coatings (cleanroom)
• Reviewing ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) and WMS (Work Method Statements)
• Monitoring compliance with engineering documents, specifications, and quality standards
• Identification, documentation, and tracking of defects and deviations
• Monitoring defect rectification and implementation of corrective actions
• Reviewing test and quality documentation from executing companies
• Experience with the review of various coatings
• Creation of regular quality reports
• Collaboration with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
• Support and coaching of less experienced members of the QC team

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Quality Control / QA/QC in the construction sector
• Sound CSA experience (Civil, Structural & Architectural)
• Demonstrable site experience
• Experience with ITPs, WMS, Inspections & Testing, and NCRs/Defects
• Ideally, experience in datacenter projects or critical infrastructure
• Very good German language skills
• Independent and structured way of working
