Freelance Sales Manager for Renovation Services – Düsseldorf Region

Project overview

Project Goal: To expand sales in the area of renovation and refurbishment, an experienced freelance Sales Manager is sought who will actively acquire new B2B customers and projects in the Düsseldorf and NRW region and build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Active acquisition of new B2B customers and new projects
• Identification and approach of potential clients
• Presentation of renovation and refurbishment services
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Accompanying the sales process from initial contact to contract conclusion
• Close coordination with the project team

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the areas of renovation, construction, refurbishment, facility services, or comparable services
• Strong network and pronounced acquisition strength are advantageous
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Independent and results-oriented way of working
• Driving license and own car required
• High willingness to travel required
• Very good German language skills

Long-term and permanent cooperation is aimed for.

Expected Outcome: Continuous acquisition of new B2B customers and projects in the field of renovation and refurbishment, as well as sustainable development of customer relationships in the Düsseldorf and NRW region.

Work Model: The area of operation is Düsseldorf and its surroundings as well as NRW. Remuneration is exclusively on a commission basis with 5-10% of the revenue achieved. Business-related kilometers driven will be reimbursed at €0.38/km.
