I am currently looking for an experienced SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultant (m/f/d) for an absolute global player and internationally leading software group in the enterprise environment. This strategically important project involves the deep technical integration and seamless implementation of OpenText VIM solutions in a highly complex system landscape.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and configuration of OpenText VIM solutions within complex SAP environments
• Integration of VIM with SAP FI-AP and MM modules as well as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Support and optimization for topics such as GR/IR clearing, invoice reconciliation, and PO and non-PO invoice workflows
• Close coordination and communication with technical teams for setting up interfaces, OCR/ICR technologies, and scanning processes
• Direct collaboration with ABAP and technical teams for the implementation of custom workflows, BTEs, BADIs, BAPIs, and interface enhancements

• Profound and long-standing project experience as an SAP VIM Consultant, specifically in the implementation and configuration of OpenText solutions
• Very strong process knowledge in SAP FI-AP, MM, and P2P
• Technical understanding of related topics such as OCR/ICR and interface architecture
• Very good and fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Nice-to-have: Strong communication skills and a proactive working style at the interface between development (ABAP) and the business department
