Responsibilities

• Consulting in the area of SAP Settlement Management
• Analysis and implementation of Settlement Management processes
• Handling scenarios outside of classic condition contracts
• Creation and processing of documents without preceding documents
• Working with relevant SM transactions such as WZR, WLI, and WLF
• Analysis and optimization of end-to-end process chains in Settlement Management
• Consideration of upstream processes as well as downstream processing steps
• Coordination of integration into adjacent SAP and business processes
• Support with questions regarding SAP FI integration
• Collaboration with business departments, IT, and adjacent system administrators

Requirements

• Sound project experience with SAP Settlement Management
• Very good knowledge of SAP SM, especially also outside of Condition Contract Management
• Experience with the creation and processing of settlement documents without preceding documents
• Knowledge of relevant transactions, especially WZR, WLI, and WLF
• Solid basic understanding of SAP FI integration in connection with Settlement Management
• Very good understanding of end-to-end SM process chains
• Understanding of upstream and downstream processes and their integration into adjacent business processes
• Independent and structured way of working

Nice to have

• Technical understanding in the area of interfaces and external systems
• Basic understanding of SAP Coding / ABAP
• Experience in the tourism sector
• Knowledge of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC)
• Experience with international E-Invoicing requirements
