Project overview

We are looking for a reliable freelancer (m/f/d) with experience in the insurance, banking, or investment sector to support us on a project basis with the operational support of our clients and the assistance of our financial advisors in their daily business.

The focus is on classic administrative processing, handling customer inquiries, and reliable preparation and follow-up of consulting topics.

We are not looking for support in active sales, but rather a structured, service-oriented personality who works independently, thinks along, and flexibly relieves us in daily business.

Responsibilities

• Operational support of our financial advisors in daily business
• Support of existing clients and processing of incoming customer inquiries
• Classic administrative processing in the insurance and financial services sector
• Preparation and follow-up of consulting appointments
• Processing and maintenance of contracts, applications, and customer data
• Communication with clients, insurance companies, and other contact persons
• Support with contract changes, queries, and ongoing processes
• Documentation and maintenance of processes in our digital systems
• Taking over administrative and organizational tasks

Job facts: Direct client project

• Experience in the insurance, banking, investment, or financial services sector
• Ideally, knowledge of property insurance, motor vehicle insurance, retirement planning, private provision, or investment products
• Experience in administrative processing, customer support, or operational support of financial advisors
• A vocational training in the insurance or financial sector is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
• High digital affinity and confident use of various software solutions
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and processes
• Independent, solution-oriented, and service-oriented way of working
• Project-based collaboration on a freelance basis
• Hourly billing
• Hourly rate: €20–40 (net), depending on experience and qualifications
