Project

We are looking for experienced power plant operators, power plant masters, or boiler operators (m/f/d) for our client to support the commissioning and trial operation of an EBS fluidized bed system at the Ringsheim site.

The system is an alternative fuel (EBS) fluidized bed system with a fuel capacity of 3 t EBS/h and a thermal output of 12 MW, which is currently in the commissioning and ramp-up phase.

Experienced operations and commissioning experts are sought to fill permanent night shifts during the further system ramp-up.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and supervision of boiler and turbine operation
• Operation and monitoring of the system from the control room
• Carrying out inspection rounds
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational disruptions
• Support in optimizing plant operation
• Ensuring stable and safe plant operation during commissioning and trial operation
• Close cooperation with on-site operations and commissioning personnel

Requirements

• Experience as a power plant operator, power plant master, boiler operator, boiler driver, or comparable
• Several years of experience in operating thermal power plant systems
• Experience with EBS systems, waste incineration plants, waste-to-energy plants, or comparable combustion systems
• Very good German language skills
• Willingness to work permanent night shifts
• Independent and responsible working method
