Development and implementation of an editorial content plan for the LinkedIn channel

Creation and preparation of LinkedIn content, including texts

Briefing and coordination of image and graphic materials as needed

Ongoing channel management and publishing

Community management

Development of relevant topics and formats

Organization and implementation of sponsored content and smaller LinkedIn campaigns

Independent management of ongoing activities and coordination with relevant contact persons in the company

Monitoring of relevant topics, trends, and developments on LinkedIn

Derivation of suitable content ideas from current topics and developments

Requirements

Must-haves

Several years of experience in managing LinkedIn corporate channels, ideally in a B2B environment

In-depth experience in content creation, editorial planning, and social media management

In-depth knowledge of the conception and implementation of LinkedIn Ads or sponsored content

Very good feel for relevant topics, target groups, and professional B2B communication

Ability to quickly grasp complex and technically demanding topics and present them understandably

High linguistic proficiency and a strong awareness of technically and terminologically correct communication

Independent, structured, and reliable way of working

Ability and willingness to take full and independent responsibility for the channel

Nice-to-haves

Experience in a technical, industrial, or comparable B2B environment

Experience with technically complex products or topics that require explanation
