For an internationally active company in the e-commerce and fashion sector, we are looking for an experienced

Freelancer in the field of HR Controlling & Reporting on short notice.

The focus is on operational support for the existing HR team.

We are looking for a numbers-savvy personality who, after a short onboarding, will independently take over ongoing HR reporting and reliably provide meaningful analyses.

Responsibilities

Important: The focus is exclusively on operational day-to-day business. Process analyses or optimization projects are not part of the assignment (also reflected in the hourly rate).

• Independent takeover of operational HR reporting
• FTE and headcount tracking
• Creation and updating of HR forecasts
• Analysis and evaluation of personnel costs
• Execution of target/actual comparisons
• Preparation and analysis of relevant HR KPIs, especially variable compensation and absences
• Close cooperation with controlling and other internal interfaces

Are you available on short notice, do you have excellent knowledge of operational HR controlling, and would you like to support an HR team until the end of the year?

• At least 3-5 years of practical experience in HR Controlling
• Excellent Excel skills, especially pivot tables, complex formulas, and large amounts of data
• Sound experience with HR KPIs, forecasting, and management reporting
• Experience with HR systems such as ATOSS, LOGA, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Very good analytical thinking skills and a strong understanding of numbers
• German language skills at least C1 level and English skills from B2
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Ability to take over operational responsibility directly after a short onboarding
• Start: From now on
• Duration: Until December 31, 2026, with an option for extension
• Scope: Approx. 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Work model: 100% Remote
• Travel: None
• Availability: Reliable availability during reporting-critical time windows of 07:00–08:00 and 15:00–16:00
• Flexibility: Flexible time management during the day outside these time windows
