Freelancer / Mentor wanted – Building and Monetizing CheckYourHome

I am looking for a reliable, experienced freelancer to accompany me long-term on my CheckYourHome project and help me build a viable online project.

CheckYourHome is a platform focused on real estate, energy efficiency, and funding opportunities. Visitors should be able to better assess their homes, identify potential renovation measures, and find information on suitable funding programs.

The website is already built and online. The project was developed with Lovable. I now want to develop the project further step-by-step, generate initial revenue, and build a functioning business model in the long term.

Since I am running the project alongside my job, I am explicitly not looking for full-time support, but rather for flexible and practice-oriented collaboration.

Areas where I need support

Guidance on starting self-employment

Support with the initial organizational and business steps

Information on taxes, invoicing, and ongoing costs

Assessment of which external specialists may be needed

Development of a realistic monetization concept

Review of options such as Google AdSense, advertising partners, or other suitable revenue streams

Support with technical setup and implementation

Development of a plan for how to generate initial small revenues as early as possible

Consultation and support in the further development of the existing website

Experience with Lovable, AI-powered development, and ideally Supabase

Help with technical problems and sensible extensions

Assessment of which features are truly important and which can wait for now

Regular exchange and honest feedback

Support with prioritization and decision-making

Consulting on SEO, user acquisition, and conversion optimization

Clear explanations so that I can increasingly manage the project independently

Who I am looking for

You should already have practical experience in building, further developing, or monetizing websites and digital business models.

Freelancers with experience in several of the following areas are particularly interesting:

Website and platform development

Lovable, Supabase, and AI-powered development

Online marketing and SEO

Google AdSense and digital advertising models

Building small online businesses and validating business models

Mentoring or advising founders

You don't have to be an expert in every area. Practical experience, a realistic assessment, and the ability to clearly explain the next steps to me are important.

Scope and Collaboration

Flexible collaboration on an hourly basis or with a small monthly hourly contingent

Initially manageable effort, expandable later if needed

Preferably remote

Clear agreements and transparent costs

Long-term collaboration desired if the cooperation suits both parties

I am explicitly not looking for a service provider who sells me a large and expensive overall package directly. I want to develop the project meaningfully with a manageable budget and professionalize it step-by-step.
