Aladdin Front Office Implementation Consultant (OMS & Trading Workflows)

Are you an Aladdin specialist who enjoys working closely with portfolio managers and traders? We’re looking for a hands-on implementation consultant to join live Aladdin programmes for global buy-side asset managers.

This is a front office focused role. You’ll configure and validate OMS and trading workflows, making sure the platform works the way investment teams actually trade.

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

• Working with portfolio managers and traders to design and refine trading workflows
• Carrying out gap analysis between current processes and Aladdin capabilities
• Configuring Aladdin OMS workflows and validating the end-to-end trade lifecycle
• Leading and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) with front office users
• Supporting go-live and post-implementation stabilisation
• 5+ years’ experience in asset management or financial services
• Hands-on Aladdin OMS configuration and trading workflow experience
• Experience on Aladdin implementations across the project lifecycle
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes
• Confidence working directly with PMs and traders to turn requirements into system solutions
• Experience supporting UAT and training end users

Nice to have

• Knowledge of OMS/EMS ecosystems and front-to-back integration
• Exposure to FIX connectivity and vendor integrations
• A practical approach to delivering within platform constraints
• Comfortable working independently in a structured delivery environment

Project details

Open to candidates in the UK and internationally. For candidates outside the UK, the day rate will be paid in the local currency equivalent.
