- You take co-responsibility for code quality, testability, and release stability.
- You consistently implement security and data protection requirements in daily development.
- You work closely with QA, UX, and DevOps along the delivery chain.
- You maintain and process requirements in Jira, especially Epics, Stories, Tasks, and technical enablers.
- You analyze incidents and error tickets, document reproduction steps, and derive sustainable solutions.
- You implement hotfixes and regular bug fixes in the frontend and middleware.
- You supplement and optimize unit, integration, and E2E tests to secure against regressions.
- You create comprehensible technical documentation in Confluence, for example, on architecture, interfaces, operation, handover, and bug fixing.
- You use AI-supported development with consistently high quality standards.
- Very good practical experience in Vue.js and TypeScript.
- Good knowledge of Node.js, ideally with NestJS.
- Experience in the design and operation of middleware endpoints, especially REST, error handling, and versioning.
- Experience with state management, for example with Vuex or Pinia.
- Experience with automated tests in the areas of unit, integration, and E2E, for example with Jest, Vitest, or Playwright.
- Experience in systematic error analysis and troubleshooting, especially reproduction, impact assessment, root cause analysis, and bug fixing.
- Strong ability to quickly and systematically familiarize yourself with complex technical and functional topics and derive actionable solutions.
- Solid understanding of accessibility, for example according to WCAG or BITV.
- Basic knowledge of data protection according to GDPR and security according to OWASP Top 10.
- Practice in Scrum teams.
- Confident use of AI assistance in daily development, for example for agent-oriented development, code suggestions, refactoring, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience in scaled agile setups, for example SAFe.
- Good DevOps proximity, especially with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic knowledge in deployment and platform topics, especially Helm as well as Kubernetes and container basics.
- Experience with Storybook, design systems, and component-driven UI development.
- Ideally, experience in handling screen readers and corresponding testing.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, assertiveness, and an analytical mindset.
- Good German language skills, spoken and written (min. C1).
