For our client, we are looking for two experienced Supporters / First Responders (m/f/d) on short notice

Project overview

Framework:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: until approximately 31.12.2027
• Workload: Full-time
• Location: Full remote (2 trips by arrangement)

Responsibilities

• Provision of technical first-level support via the service portal
• Troubleshooting Azure, Openshift, CI/CD and forwarding requests to the responsible team if necessary
• Further development of the Service Desk and associated service requests by evaluating key figures
• Setup and execution of proactive monitoring of environments in the internal and external environment (Azure and OnPremises)
• Expansion of automation in the area of onboarding and offboarding via Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Management of (security) patching of basic services
• Creation and maintenance of documentation for technical support processes and procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support or a similar function
• Knowledge of Azure and Openshift
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of configuration in IaC (Terraform)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
