Java / React Developer (m/f/d) | Agentic Coding & AI-Driven Software Development

For an innovative development project, we are looking for an experienced Java and React developer (m/f/d) with an interest in modern software architectures, automation, and agentic coding. The focus is on developing intelligent applications using Java in the backend and React in the frontend, as well as integrating AI-supported development and automation approaches.

The project offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the conception and implementation of modern software solutions and to use innovative technologies in the field of AI-Assisted Development and Agentic Workflows.

• Several years of experience with Java
• Very good knowledge of React
• Experience with Spring Boot
• Development of REST APIs
• Confident handling of SQL databases
• Git and modern development processes
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban)
• Good knowledge of software architecture and Clean Code
• Experience with AI-supported development tools and Agentic Coding Concepts
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Azure, AWS or GCP
• CI/CD pipelines
• Microservices architectures
• LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure AI, Copilot etc.)
• LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or comparable agent frameworks
• Event-Driven Architectures
• Monitoring & Observability

Responsibilities

• Development and optimization of backend components with Java & Spring Boot
• Development of modern frontends with React
• Design and implementation of APIs and integrations
• Support in building agentic workflows and AI-supported development processes
• Conducting code reviews and quality assurance measures
• Collaboration with product, architecture, and development teams
