Full-Stack Engineering Team (1 Lead + 5 Developers)

Project overview

Development and evolution of a pricing platform covering country list prices, rebates, margins, and complex validation workflows.

The core challenge is ensuring precise financial calculations over time, temporal date boundaries, and strict auditability under a separation of duties (compliance).

The strategic goal is to establish an "agent-first" delivery model, where AI coding agents execute tasks under human guidance to drastically reduce lead times while keeping quality stable.

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineering Team (1 Lead + 5 Developers) with competence areas in:

· Strong technical leadership and architecture experience across React frontends, Java backend services (Spring Boot), and databases

· Proven, hands-on experience leading and scaling AI-agent-driven software development workflows within an engineering team

· Expertise in designing and maintaining strict quality gates (e.g., ArchUnit, Spring Modulith, mutation testing, Testcontainers)

· Deep understanding of financial/mathematical precision, rounding rules, temporal data, and validity-period slicing

· Strong background in secure software design, access control, and role-based permissions

· Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to defend technical decisions

Responsibilities

· Proposing and documenting architectural decisions (ADRs) and maintaining operational runbooks

· Defining clear delegation rules between automated AI tasks and human-led engineering/reviews

· Regularly contributing code and performing sceptical, critical code reviews of AI-generated pull requests

· Ensuring robust CI/CD, container deployments on Kubernetes, and proactive security scan mitigations

· Designing and validating complex pricing algorithms and temporal data models in PostgreSQL

· Mentoring the supplier team and driving alignment on technical standards with internal departments
