Project requirements

Required experience and knowledge:

Advantageous:

• development of a new healthcare portal for the US market, which provides users with information about medications, health claims, and related services
• creation of a product for the healthcare / pharmacy benefits management sector
• collaboration with the US team on the development of the frontend in React / TypeScript and the backend primarily in Go
• design of technical solutions and development of architecture with regard to future scalability
• measurement and optimization of application performance and elimination of bottlenecks
• ensuring long-term system maintainability and reduction of unnecessary technical debt
• collaboration in a bodyshop model for 6 months with the possibility of extension and onboarding by November 2, 2026 at the latest
• collaboration remotely from the Czech Republic with a strong preference for availability 2 days onsite in Prague per week
• at least 5 years of experience in developing products used by real customers
• at least 4 years of strong commercial experience with React
• at least 3 years of strong commercial experience with Go, evidenced in recent projects
• practical experience with TypeScript, Redux, and Jest
• experience with system architecture, performance optimization, and development tools
• English at C1 level enabling independent and confident communication with the US team
• availability for onboarding by November 1, 2026 at the latest
• time flexibility for some calls late afternoon or evening
• possibility to work remotely from the Czech Republic
• experience with AWS
• experience with Webpack
• availability for 2 days onsite in Prague per week
