Functional Administrator FM Systems (interim)

Project overview

As a functional administrator, you will be responsible for the daily management and further development of the FM systems PIAM and AEOS within Enexis.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Managing the PIAM and AEOS systems together with the supplier
• Setting up and executing visitor management
• Acting as a key user for functional management of FM within Enexis
• Providing second and third-line user support
• Coordinating activities with internal and external parties
• Applying ITIL principles for incident, change, and release management
• Identifying risks and areas for improvement before they become problems
• Participating in the implementation of new systems and functionalities
• Automating visitor management, such as activating and modifying access rights
• Preparing and checking reports
• Guiding and executing tests within the chain
• Maintaining functional documentation
• Monitoring systems and processes to prevent incidents
• Processing authorization requests
• Assessing the impact of changes and releases
• Assisting with the planning, testing, and implementation of changes and releases
• Coordinating with suppliers regarding the quality of their services
• HBO work and thinking level
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in functional management and user support
• Knowledge of FM processes and associated laws and regulations
• Interest in ICT, digitalization, and information provision
• Experience with ITIL processes, including incident, change, and release management
• Experience with Agile and SAFe is recommended
• Knowledge of HR information systems is recommended
