Working Conditions
- Act as the bridge between the client’s business teams and the Dynamics 365 solution
- Lead scoping workshops and formalize business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Service
- Map AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes
- Write functional specifications and estimate effort with the technical team
- Configure Dynamics 365 modules, prioritizing standard features before custom development
- Drive data migration activities including mapping, business rules, and validation with business stakeholders
- Prepare and execute testing phases (SIT, UAT), qualify defects, and follow up on fixes
- Train key users, write documentation, and support go-live activities
- Provide post-deployment support and manage enhancements
- Contribute to pre-sales activities such as demos, discovery workshops, and effort estimation
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement)
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
- Peppol, CODA (Belgian localization)
- Testing methodologies: SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Project methodologies: Agile, Sure Step or equivalent
- Contract types: Permanent (CDI) or Freelance
- Location: Belgium
- Partial remote work possible
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Contract duration: 12 months renewable
- Projects with end clients, no pure body-shopping
