Context

Our client, a leading national organization in the social protection sector, is looking for a referent for its Business Intelligence and Operational Steering unit, reporting to the application streams directorate. The unit's Data offering provides users (statisticians and data scientists) with SI data for statistical analysis, exploration, and visual dashboards.

Expected Deliverables

• Coordinate and monitor project team activity
• Gather requirements during workshops with business stakeholders and interested parties
• Develop general functional specifications, or supervise their drafting by functional analysts and/or the fixed-price subcontractor
• Model business processes and objects, formalize evolution scenarios, develop mock-ups
• Participate in cost estimations and impact studies for application architecture and solution design
• Define and prioritize product features
• Participate in the development of the acceptance test plan and functional acceptance if necessary
• Document results and diagnose malfunctions
• Provide functional, or even technical, support in the downstream phases of the project
• Intervene in level 3 support and preventive, evolutionary, and corrective maintenance
• Work transversally with user units, the IT department, and the client's partners
• Apply defined standards, methods, and tools
• Update the documentary repository, ensure reporting and alerts
• SQL
• Data visualization tool (ideally DigDash)
• JIRA
• Confluence
• Functional or technical-functional specifications
• Acceptance test reports
• Planning and budget monitoring
• Meeting minutes and contribution to project documents (feasibility study, transition note, monthly reporting…)
