Detailed description

Context

As part of the operational maintenance and optimization of the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solution, we are looking for an OTM techno-functional expert to support the RUN team.

Mission objectives

The OTM expert's main objectives will be:

Assist the RUN team in managing incidents and anomalies

Correct bugs in close collaboration with the internal team and with Oracle if necessary

Train and develop the skills of the RUN team members

Improve support and diagnostic practices

Contribute to the stabilization and optimization of the OTM platform

Capitalize on know-how in the Product team's reference tool

Profile sought

Experience in RUN / MCO support - Confirmed - Imperative

Mastery of the OTM solution - Confirmed - Important

Teaching ability - Confirmed - Important

Language skills

Fluent French (Imperative)

Professional English (Imperative)

Work environment

He ensures and coordinates the evolution and corrective and application maintenance activities of the system for which he is responsible.

He also ensures level 2 support and advice in compliance with the service contract in all its components (Quality, security, ...).

He is also responsible for maintaining the functional and technical knowledge necessary for the sustainability of the application.
