Functional Specialist Reference Data (interim)

Project overview

As a Functional Specialist Reference Data, you will work within the IND's new microservices architecture on the reference data register.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Checking supplied reference lists for content, quality, structure, interrelationships, and usability for reuse
• Determining if lists fit within the current agreements on quality and setup, and documenting this
• Processing approved reference lists in the register, with attention to structure and characteristics
• Handling the import of reference occurrences and verifying if they are complete and correct
• Identifying deviations and reporting back to the responsible data owner
• Processing changes to existing lists, including version management
• Monitoring consistency with existing reference data in the landscape
• Answering questions from the development team and providing input for stories
• Identifying bottlenecks and developing improvement proposals
• Reporting back on progress, quality, and ongoing actions
• Completed HBO education
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with information management, data management, and/or functional management
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience with setting up reference and/or master data
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience with the functional setup of information systems and/or registers
• Minimum 2 years of experience at the interface of business, data, and IT development
• Knowledge of reference data and reference lists, both setup and management
• Knowledge of data quality and data management
• Knowledge of the functional setup of information systems and registers
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Analytical ability and accuracy
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Able to work independently and set priorities
