Functional Tester – Payment Transactions / Unifits / TRAVIC Payment Hub

Project overview

For a long-term IT transformation project in the banking environment, we are looking for an experienced functional tester (m/f/d) with a focus on payment transaction systems, interfaces, and integration tests.

As part of the migration and integration of the TRAVIC Payment Hub (TPH) from PPI, you will support the quality assurance of a complex payment transaction landscape. A particular focus is on using the Unifits test engine and conducting functional and non-functional tests.

• Conception, preparation, and execution of functional and non-functional tests
• Execution of interface and integration tests between TPH and connected peripheral systems
• Creation, maintenance, and execution of test cases and test scenarios
• Use of the Unifits test engine and other testing tools as part of quality assurance
• Validation of payment transaction messages and interface formats, especially ISO 20022 and XML
• Analysis, documentation, and tracking of errors and test results
• Close cooperation with business departments, business analysts, development, and test management
• Support in quality assurance as part of the introduction and migration of standard banking software
• Sound experience in conducting functional and non-functional software tests
• Practical experience with standard software introductions in the banking environment
• Good knowledge and practical experience with Unifits and Tosca
• Sound understanding of payment transactions or foreign payment transactions
• Knowledge of ISO 20022, XML, CBPR+, SWIFT FIN, and EBICS
• Experience with Micro Focus ALM
• Analytical, structured, and self-reliant way of working
• Further experience in national and international payment transactions
• Knowledge of the Atlassian toolchain, especially Jira and Confluence
• Experience with TRAVIC Payment Hub (TPH)
• Project experience in the regional bank or savings bank environment
