- AI-Assisted Development : Expert user of modern AI development tools and techniques, with a strong desire to experiment, innovate, and maintain pristine code quality over time (strict adherence to high standards -no "slop!").
- Server-Side Engineering :
- Strong production experience with Kotlin or Java server .
- Hands-on expertise with Kafka, Project Reactor, and Spring Boot .
- Proven experience designing and implementing REST and WebSocket streaming APIs .
- Container orchestration and cloud platforms: Kubernetes (k8s ) and Azure .
- Observability and monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk .
- Client-Side Engineering :
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React .
- Experience with automated end-to-end testing using Playwright .
- An exceptional eye for detail, dedicated to delivering delightful user experiences ( UX ) with a performance-first mindset .
- Domain knowledge in Foreign Exchange (FX ) or other electronic trading asset classes.
- Experience in high-frequency, Real Time financial systems or event-driven architectures.
- Contributions to open-source or internal platforms leveraging advanced AI coding workflows.
