As part of a group-wide AI transformation program, an agent platform is being built to meet the needs of all business units.
We are looking for a GenAI Architect to technically design the agents for this platform, as part of an existing team of architects. The position is cross-functional and covers several business domains.
Mission
Design, implement, and evolve GenAI assets within a hybrid GCP / Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring their technical consistency, security, performance, and scalability.
Responsibilities
Candidate Profile
- Design GenAI architectures: RAG, agents, and multi-agent systems
- Define application architectures and LLMOps pipelines for DEV, UAT, and PROD environments
- Ensure solution robustness: interfaces, fallback mechanisms, latency, reliability, and security
- Define interaction, ingestion, and vector storage models, and optimize the use of models and tokens
- Integrate AI governance principles, data security, and specific LLM attack prevention measures
- Implement continuous evaluation, observability, and monitoring of performance, costs, and usage
- Support development teams and produce specifications, architecture diagrams, and technical standards
