GenAI Security Engineer – AppSec & Agentic Systems Security

Project overview

Our client is looking for a GenAI Security Engineer – AppSec & Agentic Systems Security (M/F) for a freelance mission.

The mission focuses on securing generative artificial intelligence (LLM) systems and agentic architectures in production, with a strong operational dimension in application security.

Minimum 5 years of experience in application security (AppSec).

Skills required for the mission

• Secure GenAI architectures, LLMs, and agentic systems in production.
• Implement protection mechanisms (guardrails) and isolation (sandboxes) for AI agents.
• Identify and address vulnerabilities specific to LLM and agentic applications.
• Secure RAG architectures, vector databases, and MCP servers.
• Perform threat modeling and security audits.
• Integrate security controls into cloud infrastructures, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Proven operational experience in securing LLM and GenAI systems in production.
• Concrete experience in securing agentic architectures, particularly through the implementation of guardrails and sandboxes.
• Expert mastery of the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications repositories.
• Experience in securing RAG architectures, vector databases, and MCP servers.
• Cloud Security: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible.
• Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• CI/CD pipeline security.
• Authentication and authorization: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML.
• Threat modeling and security audits.
