Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a General Production Operative to join a manufacturing team in Willand.

This is a Full time temporary position involving supporting the day-to-day production process and ensuring products are packed, processed and handled to a high standard. The position offers afternoon and evening working hours, with an increased hourly rate for hours worked after 5pm.

• 12.71 per hour until 5pm.
• 15.89 per hour for hours worked after 5pm.
• 39 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekend work.
• Temporary position with the possibility of extension.
• On-the-job training and support.

• Opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing and production experience.
• Monday to Thursday, 12pm-9pm.
• Friday, 12pm-7:45pm.
• Assist with the production, packing and labelling of finished products.
• Follow operational procedures and meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety on the factory floor.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure orders are completed on time.
