You will be involved in an ambitious project aiming to sustainably integrate artificial intelligence into the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) to improve team productivity, code quality, and process automation.

- Design and industrialize generative AI solutions integrated into software development processes.
- Develop and deploy AI agents, intelligent workflows, and solutions based on LLMs and RAG.
- Automate the generation of specifications, technical documentation, code reviews, and tests.
- Integrate AI solutions into CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps environments.
- Define quality, security, and governance standards for AI solutions.
- Implement indicators to measure productivity gains, quality, and tool adoption.
- Support technical teams in adopting and industrializing these new practices.
