Responsibilities

Qualification:

• Provide independent subject-matter expertise for the optimization of pricing governance processes, including the analysis and documentation of business cases and pricing approval workflows.
• Provide project-based expertise for the optimization of the pricing approval platform, including analysis of data quality and development of recommendations for improving system accuracy and user enablement.
• Develop and implement advanced platform functionalities based on defined project requirements and relevant industry standards, including solution concepts for the further development of the Pricing & Access platform.
• Analyze user requirements and derive platform enhancement recommendations, including alignment of defined requirements with the platform provider and validation of implemented functionalities through structured user acceptance testing.
• Develop recommendations and enablement concepts for the effective use of relevant Pricing & Access research platforms, including project-related guidance and training materials for relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct defined research and analysis using pricing and reimbursement databases and derive documented competitive intelligence insights for defined project topics.
• Conduct project-related ad hoc analyses and derive documented insights and recommendations aligned with the agreed project objectives and deliverables.
• University Degree in business administration, economy, health policy, health economics, pharmaceutical sciences, or other relevant qualifications desirable
• Previous experience of 3- 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare is required.
• The focus is mainly Pricing. Experience in Market Access is a nice-to-have.
• Proficient in Office 365 applications is a requirement
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) as well as excellent oral and written communication skills are required; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, and project management skills.
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on attitude, as well as collaborative, committed and courageous, values that guide the daily interactions with customers and colleagues.
