• Lead analysis, design, and implementation of Broadridge Gloss solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements from Operations, Finance, and Technology stakeholders.
• Configure and support Gloss modules, workflows, interfaces, and reporting.
• Drive system upgrades, migrations, testing, and production releases.
• Investigate production issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Broadridge, business users, and development teams to deliver platform improvements.
• Support regulatory, reconciliation, and operational change initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with Broadridge Gloss.
• Deep understanding of securities operations, settlements, custody, asset servicing, and post-trade processing.
• Experience with system integration, data mapping, and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Experience in investment banking, custody, or capital markets environments.

Role Description:

• Seeking an experienced Gloss SME with strong expertise in the Broadridge Gloss platform and post-trade processing within Capital Markets.
• The candidate will act as the functional and technical expert, supporting implementation, enhancement, integration, and operational support of Broadridge Gloss solutions across securities processing, settlements, accounting, and regulatory reporting.
